These terms govern your use of Nexus Market and this website. Read them before you access the onion link or create an account.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing Nexus Market through any onion link or onion mirror, or by using this clearnet website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the market or this site. We may update these terms at any time — changes take effect when we post them here with a new date.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexus Market. By creating an account you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not verify age because we do not collect personal information — you are responsible for ensuring you are allowed to use the market where you live.
Description of services
Nexus Market is a darknet market operating on the Tor network. We provide infrastructure for vendors to list goods and services and for buyers to purchase them using multisig escrow. We do not sell anything ourselves. We do not hold custody of your funds beyond what is needed for escrow. We are a platform, not a party to your transactions.
This clearnet website publishes verified onion links, onion mirrors, guides and information about the market. It is not the market itself — you need the Tor Browser and a valid onion URL to access the actual marketplace.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and PGP keys safe. We cannot recover your account if you lose your PGP key and password — there is no email recovery, no SMS recovery, no support ticket that bypasses PGP. Write down your mnemonic, store your private key somewhere safe, and do not reuse passwords.
Payments and escrow
All orders on Nexus Market use 2-of-3 multisignature escrow. The buyer, vendor and market each hold one key. Funds are released when two of the three parties sign a transaction. If a dispute arises and the parties cannot agree, Nexus support reviews the case and signs on behalf of the party we determine is correct.
We take a commission on completed orders. The rate is visible to vendors before they list. We do not charge buyers directly. If an order is cancelled before the vendor ships, funds return to the buyer minus a small network fee.
Prohibited listings
We do not allow listings for weapons of mass destruction, assassination services, child exploitation material, or anything designed to cause mass harm. Vendors who list prohibited items lose their deposit and get banned. If you see a listing that violates these rules, report it through the market interface.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to DDoS the market, scrape listings at scale, run automated bots that degrade performance, or try to de-anonymize other users. Do not share onion links or onion mirrors on platforms that could attract law enforcement attention to specific users. Do not impersonate Nexus staff or claim to be an admin in communications outside the market.
Limitation of liability
Nexus Market is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses caused by vendors who fail to ship, buyers who file false disputes, network issues on the Tor side, or cryptocurrency volatility. Our liability is limited to the commission we collected on a given order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
If a vendor exit-scams despite our escrow system, we use their security deposit to partially refund affected buyers. We do not guarantee full recovery — multisig escrow reduces risk but does not eliminate it.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Vendors who break rules lose their security deposit. Buyers who repeatedly file false disputes get banned. You can close your own account at any time through the market interface — your escrow funds will be released once pending orders resolve.
Governing law
Nexus Market operates on the Tor network and does not fall under any single jurisdiction. We do not maintain servers in any specific country. These terms are governed by the principles of multisig escrow and PGP verification, not by the laws of any particular state.
